Delivery Policy

This website, koninternational.online, and its pages including survey.koninternational.online, are operated by Kon International, an MSME-registered proprietorship owned by Anbustalin R, based in Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Digital delivery only

All our products and services are digital. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

2. Clinic software

• Reservation confirmation: within 24 hours of your ₹999 payment, by WhatsApp and/or email.
• Software delivery: on or before 15 December 2026. Delivery means the software is installed and working on your clinic’s hosting account, with login access handed over to you.
• How: we set it up remotely and share access details and guidance by WhatsApp, email or a video call.
• If we miss the date: you can claim a full refund of your ₹999 as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Custom projects

Websites, apps and automations are delivered online — through a live link, file handover or deployment to your hosting — on the timeline agreed in the project quotation.

4. Service area

We serve customers across India. Our team works remotely from Chennai.
