This website, koninternational.online, and its pages including survey.koninternational.online, are operated by Kon International, an MSME-registered proprietorship owned by Anbustalin R, based in Velachery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website, filling in a form or survey, or making a payment to us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a payment.

1. What we offer

We build websites, mobile apps, business portals and workflow automations for businesses, and we develop our own software products, including clinic management software for small clinics in India. All our products and services are delivered digitally. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Clinic software founding reservation

Clinics can reserve a founding seat for our clinic software on the following terms:

• Founding reservation fee: ₹999, paid once to reserve a founding seat for our clinic software.
• Founding price: ₹14,999 one-time for the software licence (regular price after launch: ₹24,999). The ₹999 is part of the ₹14,999, so the balance payable at delivery is ₹14,000.
• Seats: limited to the first 100 clinics that complete the reservation payment.
• Delivery date: on or before 15 December 2026.
• Hosting: the software runs on the customer’s own hosting account. Hosting charges are paid by the customer directly to their hosting provider and are not part of our price.

The reservation gives you the right to buy the software at the founding price. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Refunds of the reservation fee are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Delivery is described in our Delivery Policy.

3. Custom projects

For websites, apps, automations and other custom work, the scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and any refund terms are set out in the written quotation or agreement we share with you before work begins. That document takes priority over these general terms for that project.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown on the invoice. Online payments are processed by our payment partner (such as Razorpay) or by UPI/bank transfer. We do not see or store your card or bank login details.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and business details.
• Do not share patient medical details through our forms, survey or chat.
• For self-hosted software, keep your hosting account, passwords and backups secure.
• Use our software and services lawfully, including applicable data-protection and medical-record laws.

6. Intellectual property

The software, website content, designs and code we create remain our property unless a written agreement transfers them to you. Buying a software licence gives you the right to use the software for your own clinic or clinics as described at purchase; it does not allow you to resell or redistribute it.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or lost data) arising from use of our website, services or software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service concerned.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your payment applies to that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
